Having worked on myself for decades to undo the impact of negativity and adversity, I know the value of self-development.
In both my personal and professional life, I have stumbled. I have fallen. I have failed. And I’ve had to find the courage to rise, rebuild, and succeed.
Throughout this continuous—and continuing—journey of self-development, I’ve come to regard four guiding principles as my saviour: truth, awareness, love (or kindness, if you prefer), and change.
These principles now form the bedrock of my training programs—programs designed to help individuals live more truthful, embodied lives, and fulfill their dreams and desires in the world, through the work they do and the people they choose to have around them.
For organisations, my programs offer unique plans of action that lead to real, measurable change—in behaviours, mindsets, and culture. In my programs, we don’t just deliver content; we engage in practical exercises that create lasting transformation within the individuals who make up your organisation.

The latest findings from the field of neuroscience—a field that has deeply influenced the development of my method, BEAT™—are showing us that we are far more flexible than we think.
Much more agile than we’ve been trained to be by restrictive family, societal, and educational systems.

The impact these discoveries will have on our lives—and on the world of work—will be immense.

I have great respect for people who are courageous enough to change—to leave behind old ways of doing things, outdated habits, and unhelpful behaviours, and embrace a more empowered mindset.
The individual who can do this doesn’t just transform their own life—they inspire others. They become a force for positive change in the lives of those around them.
I admire these people because I know just how difficult real, embodied change is to achieve. Not the performative kind. Not the surface-level change that comes from the head or is fuelled by the ‘positivity movement’. I’m talking about the kind of change that requires awareness, vigilance, effort, application, and deep reflection.
I am a coach for people and organisations who are ready for this kind of transformation.
I’m committed to empowering people to succeed—by giving them the mental strength, inspired mindset, behavioural tools, and technical know-how to do so.
Change means breaking.
It means undoing something.
It means challenging what is.

I am warm and compassionate but also challenging. I recognise and warmly empathise with you. But if we stop at this, you will remain stationary in your progress. So, I invite you and challenge you to take things to the next level. However fast or slow we proceed will be your call; we just have to keep moving.

I am direct but not confronting. Clients may often need praise and encouragement. I believe these really only work when genuine effort is being applied. Undue commendations can harm your development and growth.

I provide a security net for you to step outside your safety zone. Change occurs when you step outside what is comfortable. This is a fact about how human bodies and minds work. I will help you by providing a secure groundwork – the result of my experience and formal training – for you to step outside what is familiar.

THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT WORKING WITH ME:

I am a facilitator and guide for your effort. I’d like to be your sounding board and your guide as we navigate and imagine your future. It is you however who must put in the hard work. I hope to give you cutting edge knowledge and effective skills to acquire what you want and to succeed in your field. If you don’t put in the effort required though, those tools will not be of any use.

THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT WORKING WITH ME:

I know transformation is possible through structural changes in behaviour. A positive mindset is much coveted in our society. A positive mindset is only good for you if it enables you to do things better. Otherwise, seeking positivity can become unhealthy and lead to delusions or false beliefs. I advocate real change over positivity. Swap a ‘positive’ mindset for an ‘Empowered’ one, then you will truly be on your way to growth and success.

I am diligent and thorough and believe you should try it also. Often the clues we need are in the fine print so to speak. In any field, as much as in every aspect of your life, your ability to look thoroughly and assess diligently will furnish you with the answers you need.

I am moved by your efforts and your desire for change. I am also a trained actress so my emotions are at my fingertips, ready for use. (Or not!). I will get excited by your transformation, I will be moved by your efforts and will share that with you. If that’s ok with you!
