BEAT™ is a proprietary methodology developed by Fay Beck – an integrated approach that enables clients to create change that is embodied rather than intellectualised, resilient under pressure, and transferable across real-world professional contexts.
The methodology draws on applied neuroscience, performance psychology, embodied cognition theory, and behavioural science. Fay Beck is currently completing an MSc in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College London.

About Fay Beck.
I am an executive communication coach, the founder of EdgeMind Solutions, and the creator of the Beck Emotional Access Technique® (BEAT™).
My work is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: that the gap between who you are and how you show up is not a confidence problem — it is a training problem. With the right tools, that gap closes.
I work with senior leaders, executives, and corporate teams who need to transform how they communicate, lead, and perform under pressure. I also work with high-profile individuals who need to manage their presence, impact, and communication in high-visibility contexts.
I developed BEAT™ over twenty-five years at the intersection of performance training, behavioural science, and professional coaching. I am currently completing an MSc in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College London — which grounds the methodology in current neuroscientific research and keeps it aligned with the latest understanding of how behaviour change actually works.
