Yes. Once we receive a booking, we reach out to organise a pre-training consultation. No two programmes are delivered identically.

Each training day runs for 8 hours and includes breaks totalling 1 hour – giving 7 hours of active training time per day.

We cap group sizes at 8 to ensure every participant receives focused attention and genuine personalised feedback throughout the programme. Larger groups dilute the hands-on, behavioural work that makes BEAT™ training effective. This is a deliberate quality decision, not a capacity limitation.
