Fay Beck — Executive Communication Coach & Creator of the BEATTM Framework

I’m an executive communication coach based in London. I work with senior leaders, corporate teams, and high-profile individuals who need to transform how they communicate under pressure — using the BEATTM framework, a proprietary methodology I developed over two decades at the intersection of performance training and behavioural science.

As an executive communication coach – and someone currently completing a Masters in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College London – I have great respect for people who are courageous enough to challenge their own patterns. Not just to recognise unhelpful habits and behaviours, but to do something about them. To choose a more emotionally intelligent way of being.

The individual who can do this doesn’t just transform themselves. They become a force for positive change in the lives of everyone around them.

I admire these people because I know how difficult real, embodied change actually is. The neuroscience is clear: change that sticks comes from the inside – not driven by a positivity movement or a quick fix, but by rewiring the emotional and behavioural patterns that govern how we think, speak, and lead under pressure. That understanding is the scientific foundation of the BEATTM framework.

I am a coach for people and organisations who are ready for exactly that kind of transformation.

I’m committed to helping people succeed – by giving them the mental clarity, emotional awareness, behavioural tools, and practical know-how to make it happen.

Change means doing something differently. It means questioning what you have always done. It means becoming who you are capable of being.

When you commit to this journey, three things need to shift: your thoughts, your behaviours, and your beliefs.

My approach is grounded in the BEATTM framework – a neuroscience-informed methodology that works at the level of identity, not just technique. Together, we develop a clear, personalised plan. We work from where you actually are, not where you think you should be. And we do the work needed to create a renewed, upgraded version of you – functioning at your best.

Fay Beck - Executive Communication Coach

Undoubtedly, as you’ve embarked on your own journey of self-improvement and personal transformation, you’ve faced obstacles.

Maybe you’ve encountered scepticism.

Maybe you’ve experienced failure, or a setback or two.

Perhaps, at a root, all your self-work has taken a hit – and you’ve chosen to stay where it feels familiar: safe, secure.

I hear you. I follow your desire to change – and find the courage to see it through.

Because when you receive the right learning – thinking that’s grounded, rigorous, and real – you’ll experience something new: other things in life can after the profoundly liberating experience of becoming someone new.

JUST BECAUSE ITS FAMILIAR DOES NOT MEAN IT IS GOOD

It is profound to be able to fashion a new mindset – the better mindset you’ve always wanted.
In a world intent on turning you into a rigid, easily controlled consumer, the need for self-expression, wellbeing, openness, and change has never felt stronger.

As a result, many people – and therefore many organisations -are searching.
Searching for new ways of thinking. New ways of doing things.

The latest findings from the field of neuroscience – a field that has deeply influenced the development of my method, BEAT™ – are showing us that we are far more flexible than we think.
Much more agile than we’ve been trained to be by restrictive family, societal, and educational systems.

We are only now beginning to understand how people can be taught and trained more effectively.
The impact these discoveries will have on our lives – and on the world of work – will be immense.

But just as immense will be the gap between those who embrace new thinking, and those who do not.

THE FUTURE IS CHANGE

As an executive communication coach, I have great respect for people who are courageous enough to change – to leave behind old ways of doing things, outdated habits, and unhelpful behaviours, and embrace a more empowered mindset.

The individual who can do this doesn’t just transform their own life – they inspire others. They become a force for positive change in the lives of those around them.

I admire these people because I know just how difficult real, embodied change is to achieve. Not the performative kind. Not the surface-level change that comes from the head or is fuelled by the ‘positivity movement’. I’m talking about the kind of change that requires awareness, vigilance, effort, application, and deep reflection.

I am a coach for people and organisations who are ready for this kind of transformation.

I’m committed to empowering people to succeed – by giving them the mental strength, inspired mindset, behavioural tools, and technical know-how to do so.

Change means breaking.
It means undoing something.
It means challenging what is.

And when you commit to the journey of change, some things in you will need to shift – your thoughts, your behaviours, your feelings.

My approach is a bona fide method for change – for individuals and organisations alike. Together, we identify, at a granular level, what holds you back from self-actualisation – or what prevents your organisation from thriving. Then we design a mechanism for real, sustainable change, and we put it to work to create a renewed, upgraded version of you – or your business.
