Time Management Training (1:1)

Structured one-to-one training designed to stabilise priorities, decision-making, and workload management in demanding professional environments.

Also suitable for professionals who feel busy and productive but lack control over their time, focus, or competing demands.

Why Time Management Fails Without Behavioural Control

Most time management courses focus on tools, schedules, or systems, assuming that lack of structure is the problem. In reality, time pressure is often driven by decision overload, priority conflict, and behavioural inconsistency, not missing techniques.

This training focuses on behavioural control of time, helping professionals stabilise how decisions are made, how priorities are protected, and how attention is directed under pressure.

The mechanism of change

This program develops:

  • prioritisation under competing demands

  • decision discipline

  • control of attention and cognitive load

  • sustainable pacing and execution

Progress is built through:

  • modular prioritisation frameworks

  • real-context workload analysis

  • between-session integration work

  • adjustment as demands evolve

This is not productivity optimisation — it is time control training.

Modular by Design

EMS Development Programs are modular, meaning your training progresses through clearly defined modules rather than a fixed, linear syllabus.

Each module focuses on a specific behavioural or performance capability. This structure allows the work to be:

  • highly adjustable to individual differences

  • responsive to your strengths and development areas

  • paced according to how quickly integration occurs

While the modules themselves are consistent, the order, emphasis, and time spent within each module can shift based on your progress, ensuring the training remains precise rather than generic.

Modularity allows flexibility without sacrificing structure or developmental rigour.

Flexible Integration Across Programs

Because the programs are modular, it is also possible to design bespoke development pathways that draw selectively from different training programs.

This allows for:

  • cross‑program integration where appropriate

  • tailoring for complex or multi‑layered development needs

  • continuity between different areas of work without starting from scratch

This modular structure is what enables EMS training to move beyond workshops and deliver sustained behavioural change over time.

FAQs

Will the Course be Specifically Designed for me?

Yes. While we cover the same modules, we adapt the teaching and training in accordance with your requirements, taking account of individual differences, personal strengths and areas for improvement.

Yes — this training is particularly relevant for professionals who are productive but feel overextended, reactive, or stretched across competing demands.

Many high-performing individuals manage to get a lot done, yet lack control over priorities, boundaries, or workload escalation. This program focuses on stabilising how time and attention are allocated, so productivity is no longer driven by urgency or pressure, but by deliberate decision-making.

The aim is not to make you work harder or faster, but to help you regain control over what deserves your time and energy, even as demands increase.

Most productivity or time management workshops focus on tools, systems, or techniques designed to optimise output. While these can be helpful, they often fail to address the behavioural patterns that drive overload, such as difficulty prioritising, saying yes too often, or responding reactively to pressure.

This training is delivered one-to-one and over time, allowing time management behaviours to be examined and adjusted within your real professional context. The focus is on decision discipline, priority protection, and attention control, rather than adopting new tools or schedules.

Rather than optimising productivity, the program develops reliable control over time and workload, so effectiveness is sustained without burnout.

That is expected — and built into the design.

Professional workloads rarely remain stable. This training is modular and adaptive, meaning priorities, planning strategies, and workload structures are recalibrated as demands change, without losing momentum.

Instead of starting again each time circumstances shift, the program strengthens your ability to respond strategically to change, maintain control, and protect what matters most — even as responsibilities evolve.

The focus is not on managing a fixed workload, but on developing transferable time-control behaviours that remain effective across changing conditions.

Yes. The Personal Development Courses are modular. If there are areas that you’d like to combine we can assist you this. In this case we would ask that you first book the TIME MANAGEMENT – TASTER COACHING SESSION. This will allow us to understand which solution is best suited for you and how best to package it.

We do recommend that they take place within a short period time. This is in order to fully take advantage of the compounding effects of the tools you are learning. Attending sessions too far apart makes it easier to forget the new tools you are acquiring. When learning new skills it is vital to apply the intervention protocol which maximises retention and adaptation. Once we receive your booking, we will be in touch to organise the sessions with you in line with optimum schedules for learning. Timeframes for completion of the courses are generally several weeks (Foundation Plan) to several months (Consolidation Plan).

Immediately. The skills you will learn can be applied straight away. So long as you make the minimal effort required to adopt the skills & tools, you will be on the way to making fundamental changes to habits, behaviour and your state of being.

Currently, as we are in the process of training our first set of gifted coaches, the studio’s founder, Fay Beck, will be conducting the sessions.

Training sessions can be conducted online and in-person at our London training studios.

The 15-session program is designed to support meaningful and sustained behavioural change, not short-term insight.

If, by the end of the program, the agreed behavioural outcomes have not stabilised to the level we set together at the outset, we will continue working through additional integration sessions at no extra cost until the work has properly consolidated.

This commitment reflects the depth of the process and the shared responsibility required for change. It applies where the program has been fully engaged with, sessions have been attended and tasks and exercises completed as agreed.
