Goal Setting and Planning for Success Training (1:1)

Structured one-to-one training designed to translate ambition into clear priorities, strategic plans, and consistent execution.

Particularly suited to professionals who set goals easily but struggle with follow-through, prioritisation, or sustained momentum.

Why Goals Fail Without Behavioural Structure

Most goal-setting frameworks focus on defining outcomes but fail to address execution behaviour — how decisions are made day-to-day, how priorities are held under pressure, and how plans adapt when conditions change.

This training focuses on behavioural execution, not goal formulation alone. The work stabilises planning, prioritisation, and follow-through so goals translate into sustained action rather than repeated resets.

The mechanism of changing GOAL SETTING & PLANNING Behaviour

This program develops:

  • strategic clarity

  • decision prioritisation

  • behavioural consistency

  • adaptive planning under real-world constraints

Progress is built through:

  • modular goal frameworks

  • real-context planning

  • between-session integration work

  • review and recalibration

This is not a productivity system — it is execution training.

Modular by Design

EMS Development Programs are modular, meaning your training progresses through clearly defined modules rather than a fixed, linear syllabus.

Each module focuses on a specific behavioural or performance capability. This structure allows the work to be:

  • highly adjustable to individual differences

  • responsive to your strengths and development areas

  • paced according to how quickly integration occurs

While the modules themselves are consistent, the order, emphasis, and time spent within each module can shift based on your progress, ensuring the training remains precise rather than generic.

Modularity allows flexibility without sacrificing structure or developmental rigour.

Flexible Integration Across Programs

Because the programs are modular, it is also possible to design bespoke development pathways that draw selectively from different training programs.

This allows for:

  • cross‑program integration where appropriate

  • tailoring for complex or multi‑layered development needs

  • continuity between different areas of work without starting from scratch

This modular structure is what enables EMS training to move beyond workshops and deliver sustained behavioural change over time.

FAQs

Will the Course be Specifically Designed for me?

Yes. While we cover the same modules, we adapt the teaching and training in accordance with your requirements, taking account of individual differences, personal strengths and areas for improvement.

Yes — this training is also suited to professionals who already set goals but want to execute them more reliably.

Many people are clear on what they want to achieve, yet struggle with follow-through when priorities compete, conditions change, or pressure increases. This program does not focus on defining more goals, but on strengthening the behaviours that sustain progress over time — decision-making, prioritisation, adaptation, and momentum.

The work helps ensure that goals remain active and actionable beyond the planning phase, so intention consistently translates into execution rather than repeated resets or stalled plans.

Most productivity or planning workshops focus on tools, frameworks, or techniques designed to help you do more in less time. While these can be useful, they often assume that execution problems are technical rather than behavioural.

This training addresses a different issue. It focuses on how decisions are made, priorities are held, and plans are sustained under real-world pressure, not just how they are structured on paper. The work is delivered one-to-one and over time, allowing planning behaviours to be stabilised, tested, and adapted within your actual professional context.

Rather than introducing new tools or systems, this program develops reliable execution — so goals translate into consistent action, plans remain active when conditions change, and progress is maintained without constant resets.

That is expected — and accounted for.

This training is designed around adaptive execution, not fixed goal pursuit. Goals often evolve as roles shift, priorities change, or new information becomes available. Rather than restarting the process, the program recalibrates around the change.

Because the work is modular and behaviour-focused, we adjust the planning and execution framework while preserving momentum, clarity, and decision discipline. This ensures that progress continues even as objectives evolve, rather than collapsing into repeated resets.

The focus is not on rigidly pursuing a predefined outcome, but on developing the capacity to plan, adapt, and execute effectively over time, regardless of changing conditions.

This is structured one-to-one training, rather than open-ended coaching.

The work follows a defined training framework with specific developmental objectives, while remaining flexible enough to adapt to individual differences. Unlike coaching, which is often exploratory, this training is program-based, focused on building and consolidating specific goal-setting and planning capabilities over time.

Yes. The Personal Development Courses are modular. If there are areas that you’d like to combine we can assist you this. In this case we would ask that you first book an BUILD GENUINE RELATIONSHIPS – TASTER COACHING SESSION. This will allow us to understand which solution is best suited for you and how best to package it.

We do recommend that they take place within a short period time. This is in order to fully take advantage of the compounding effects of the tools you are learning. Attending sessions too far apart makes it easier to forget the new tools you are acquiring. When learning new skills it is vital to apply the intervention protocol which maximises retention and adaptation. Once we receive your booking, we will be in touch to organise the sessions with you in line with optimum schedules for learning. Timeframes for completion of the courses are generally several weeks (Foundation Program) to several months (Consolidation Program).

Immediately. The skills you will learn can be applied straight away. So long as you make the minimal effort required to adopt the skills & tools, you will be on the way to making fundamental changes to habits, behaviour and your state of being.

Currently, as we are in the process of training our first set of gifted coaches, the studio’s founder, Fay Beck, will be conducting the sessions.

Training sessions can be conducted online and in-person at our London training studios.

The 15-session program is designed to support meaningful and sustained behavioural change, not short-term insight.

If, by the end of the program, the agreed behavioural outcomes have not stabilised to the level we set together at the outset, we will continue working through additional integration sessions at no extra cost until the work has properly consolidated.

This commitment reflects the depth of the process and the shared responsibility required for change. It applies where the program has been fully engaged with, sessions have been attended and tasks and exercises completed as agreed.
