Emotional Intelligence Training (1:1)

Structured, one-to-one emotional intelligence training designed to stabilise behaviour, regulation, and communication in real professional contexts — especially where previous training hasn’t held.

Why Insight Alone Isn’t Enough for Emotional Intelligence

Many professionals have already attended emotional intelligence workshops or courses. While these often increase awareness, the effects frequently fade under pressure, workload, or emotional demand.

By contrast, our training focuses on integration, not exposure to knowledge. EMS programs support behavioural consistency through repetition, feedback, and application within real‑world professional contexts.

The mechanism of change

Change is consolidated through repetition over time, not single exposure.

Behavioural change occurs through repeated exposure to emotionally relevant situations, guided feedback, and deliberate pattern interruption. This program is designed to stabilise emotional responses and decision‑making pathways so that skills remain accessible under pressure.

This is the post‑workshop narrative integrated properly.

Modular by Design

EMS Development Programs are modular, meaning your training progresses through clearly defined modules rather than a fixed, linear syllabus.

Each module focuses on a specific behavioural or performance capability. This structure allows the work to be:

  • highly adjustable to individual differences

  • responsive to your strengths and development areas

  • paced according to how quickly integration occurs

While the modules themselves are consistent, the order, emphasis, and time spent within each module can shift based on your progress, ensuring the training remains precise rather than generic.

Modularity allows flexibility without sacrificing structure or developmental rigour.

Flexible Integration Across Programs

Because the programs are modular, it is also possible to design bespoke development pathways that draw selectively from different training programs.

This allows for:

  • cross‑program integration where appropriate

  • tailoring for complex or multi‑layered development needs

  • continuity between different areas of work without starting from scratch

This modular structure is what enables EMS training to move beyond workshops and deliver sustained behavioural change over time.

FAQs

Will the Course be Specifically Designed for me?

Yes. While we cover the same modules, we adapt the teaching and training in accordance with your requirements, taking account of individual differences, personal strengths and areas for improvement.

Yes — in fact, this training is often most valuable for professionals who have already completed emotional intelligence workshops or courses.

Many people leave training with greater awareness but find that those insights don’t consistently translate into behaviour under pressure. This one-to-one training is designed to support integration, helping emotional intelligence skills remain accessible and reliable in real professional situations rather than reverting under stress or workload.

Workshops are effective for introducing concepts and increasing awareness, but they are limited in how much behavioural change they can sustain over time.

This training is delivered one-to-one and over multiple sessions, allowing for repetition, feedback, and application within your real working context. The focus is not on exposure to ideas, but on stabilising emotional regulation and behavioural responses so that emotional intelligence shows up consistently when it matters most.

This is structured one-to-one training, rather than open-ended coaching.

The work follows a defined training framework with specific developmental objectives, while remaining flexible enough to adapt to individual differences. Unlike coaching, which is often exploratory, this training is program-based, focused on building and consolidating specific emotional intelligence capabilities over time.

Yes. The Personal Development Courses are modular. If there are areas that you’d like to combine we can assist you this. In this case we would ask that you first book an EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE – TASTER COACHING SESSION. This will allow us to understand which solution is best suited for you and how best to package it.

We do recommend that they take place within a short period time. This is in order to fully take advantage of the compounding effects of the tools you are learning. Attending sessions too far apart makes it easier to forget the new tools you are acquiring. When learning new skills it is vital to apply the intervention protocol which maximises retention and adaptation. Once we receive your booking, we will be in touch to organise the sessions with you in line with optimum schedules for learning. Timeframes for completion of the courses are generally several weeks (Foundation Program) to several months (Consolidation Program).

Immediately. The skills you will learn can be applied straight away. So long as you make the minimal effort required to adopt the skills & tools, you will be on the way to making fundamental changes to habits, behaviour and your state of being.

Currently, as we are in the process of training our first set of gifted coaches, the studio’s founder, Fay Beck, will be conducting the sessions.

Training sessions can be conducted online and in-person at our London training studios.

The 15-session program is designed to support meaningful and sustained behavioural change, not short-term insight.

If, by the end of the program, the agreed behavioural outcomes have not stabilised to the level we set together at the outset, we will continue working through additional integration sessions at no extra cost until the work has properly consolidated.

This commitment reflects the depth of the process and the shared responsibility required for change. It applies where the program has been fully engaged with, sessions have been attended and tasks and exercises completed as agreed.
