1 Hour Taster Session
We have designed a 5, 10 or 15 hour option for the course. We have also made available a 1hour Taster Session if you feel unsure about which option is will the right one for you or if you feel you’d like to experience the course prior to making a further investment.
During the session, you will have the opportunity to meet and work with your tutor. The session is not just a consultation; we will already begin to work through and provide context for the difficulties you are experiencing and the areas you’d like to improve on.

Will the Course be Specifically Designed for me?
Yes. While we cover the same modules, we adapt the teaching and training in accordance with your requirements, taking account of individual differences, personal strengths and areas for improvement.
Is this suitable if I’m confident in some situations but not others?
Yes — this training is specifically designed for professionals whose confidence is situational rather than consistent.
Many people feel confident in familiar environments but notice their confidence drops in situations involving authority, conflict, visibility, or emotional pressure. This training focuses on stabilising confidence and assertive behaviour across contexts, so self-expression and decision-making don’t fluctuate based on who you’re speaking to or what’s at stake.
The work is not about increasing confidence in general, but about developing reliable confidence and assertiveness that holds under pressure, even in challenging or unfamiliar situations.
How is this different from other confidence workshops?
Most confidence workshops focus on insight, motivation, or short-term techniques delivered in group settings. While these can feel helpful in the moment, they often don’t translate into consistent behaviour when emotional pressure, authority dynamics, or real consequences are present.
This training is delivered one-to-one and over time, allowing confidence and assertiveness to be integrated rather than introduced. The work focuses on stabilising behaviour through repetition, feedback, and application within your real professional context, rather than teaching techniques in isolation.
The aim is not to boost confidence temporarily, but to develop reliable self-expression and assertive behaviour that holds under pressure, long after the training has finished.
Is this coaching or training?
This is structured one-to-one training, rather than open-ended coaching.
The work follows a defined training framework with specific developmental objectives, while remaining flexible enough to adapt to individual differences. Unlike coaching, which is often exploratory, this training is program-based, focused on building and consolidating specific confidence & assertiveness capabilities over time.
Can I mix and match modules?
Yes. The Personal Development Courses are modular. If there are areas that you’d like to combine we can assist you this. In this case we would ask that you first book the CONFIDENCE BUILDING – TASTER COACHING SESSION. This will allow us to understand which solution is best suited for you and how best to package it.
Do the hourly sessions need to take place at particular intervals?
We do recommend that they take place within a short period time. This is in order to fully take advantage of the compounding effects of the tools you are learning. Attending sessions too far apart makes it easier to forget the new tools you are acquiring. When learning new skills it is vital to apply the intervention protocol which maximises retention and adaptation. Once we receive your booking, we will be in touch to organise the sessions with you in line with optimum schedules for learning. Timeframes for completion of the courses are generally several weeks (Foundation Program) to several months (Consolidation Program).
How quickly will I be able to see the results?
Immediately. The skills you will learn can be applied straight away. So long as you make the minimal effort required to adopt the skills & tools, you will be on the way to making fundamental changes to habits, behaviour and your state of being.
Who will be my tutor?
Currently, as we are in the process of training our first set of gifted coaches, the studio’s founder, Fay Beck, will be conducting the sessions.
Where will the sessions take place?
Training sessions can be conducted online and in-person at our London training studios.
What is the extended integration commitment?
The 15-session program is designed to support meaningful and sustained behavioural change, not short-term insight.
If, by the end of the program, the agreed behavioural outcomes have not stabilised to the level we set together at the outset, we will continue working through additional integration sessions at no extra cost until the work has properly consolidated.
This commitment reflects the depth of the process and the shared responsibility required for change. It applies where the program has been fully engaged with, sessions have been attended and tasks and exercises completed as agreed.
